My recent stay at Sandy's Place was fantastic! I was in town for a week-long business trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. The location was lively and safe, with the J train entrance just a 5-minute walk away. The top-floor apartment was beautifully renovated and had all the modern conveniences I needed. The kitchen, with its skylight, was especially impressive. I appreciated the welcome fruit bowl and water, as well as the thoughtful suggestions from host Sandra. The nearby Bushwick Foodtown was a great place to stock up on groceries.

I can recommend this hotel.

You can use central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The location is incredible, close to Foodtown of Bushwick...

The bed and couch were super comfy, the large TV had access to many channels, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The building was secure, and the owner responded quickly. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the fruit and water were a thoughtful touch. Close to the metro and perfect for families. Across the street, there was an excellent deli. The location in Brooklyn was absolutely fantastic, close to all the action but still away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Plus, being near the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Navy Yard added some cultural charm to our stay.

Parking was a bit of an issue due to limited space.

This place was fantastic, located just 10 minutes drive from The Message and in a very quiet area near the metro.

Loved the location in what's-the-name Brooklyn, felt like a true New Yorker. The apartment had all the things I needed, even a fancy flat-screen TV. LaGuardia was just a hop, skip, and a jump away, perfect for my private jet.

Deposit process was like solving a Rubik's cube, except not as fun.

Sandy's Place Nyc 1 was great value for money and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. The staff, especially Sandra, was helpful and available whenever we needed assistance.

Breakfast delights, it would have been even better if there were more options available.

Enjoyed my stay at the apartment with a dining area, comfy seating, and a private entrance. Convenient location near attractions and the airport. Though the bed was extra firm, it gave me an authentic "sleeping on a rock" experience.

The noise from the street below could be a bit disruptive at night.
